Club History page.
SARC 2-Meter Net
Our net is called Thursday evening at 7:30 PM Central time on the WC4M
repeater 147.260 + (100 Hz tone). The alternate
frequency of 147.260 simplex is used as a backup frequency when needed.
There is no net called on club meeting night which is the third Thursday of the month.
If you are passing through the Andalusia, Alabama area we'd love to chat
with you! Some one is usually jawboning on these frequencies especially
in the evening hours!
During severe weather, the Covington County SKYWARN group uses the
147.26 repeater. Check the ARES/RACES page or the preamble for more information
about ARES/RACES. For information about other nets in the area check out
the Local Nets page.
